Everglades- special

The Healing hand of the Fairy Queen and and the sweat love of the Red-haired women with the fox pelt all swear that I am Clan Morrison. The pungent odor of solvent to blend pastels and the new ways of mounting pieces breath that I am an artist. I used to live in Florida not far from the third largest national par, Everglades. The the ecosystem change on inches. While it was a national monument under Theodore Roosevelt it became a national park in 1947. it has sense become a UNESCO world heritage site. I have  a friend who is a read head.

The everglades have a special mythology. In front of everything of course is a flamingo where they are native and the park is famous for. Behind everything it the sea of grass of the switchgrass that leaves the lake creating  a 2 mile wide “river” that leaves the leave watering the park. The center bottom is a feral hog that terrorize the park. Behind the pig is a skunk-ape which is the crypt id of the park. The weird dome is the Cape Romano Dome House. It is 9” x 12,” drawn with pencil and white chalk and completed recently.

Last May Japan got a new Emperor making it the Rewa period I made a 4 gentalman piece to honor the new period called Blue 令和 Reiwa. It was made last may in blue sumie. If you are interested in buying this or any other of my work email me at MatthewMorrison76@yahoo.com to order.

Zion-Holy mountain

The continual plowing of the loth pheallagach and sound of Green Jeans foot prints in Ashintully Castle enchant that I am Clan Morrison. The jumble of wires for hanging works and the sketch books which are more loved then great artist express that I am an artist. I am a Zionist which there happens to be a national park named after her. It was Named by a Mormon man named Isaac Behuin. The Native American believe that it was the center of the earth. When panting of the area where seen at the seen at the Wolds Fair at St. Louise , no one believed them until a passing Mormon verified it as he had been their thus creating mass tourism to the region. It became a  national park in 1919. I used to cultivate my garden.

Zion National Park's mythology is largely bound to Mormon mythology but also has its own mythology. For instance, the owl  is a Mexican Spotted Owl (Note: not to scale as the actual owl is on average the size of an average cat with a wing span of four feet.) which is an endanger species in the park; however as being so big and theoretically can grow bigger, it appears to be similar  to accounts of the “la lechuza.” The owl is wearing a Navajo bolo which first nation still lives in the park. The owl is standing on a gear from Cable Mountain which used to bring wood into the canyon but was shut down in 1930. The gear is on a petroglyths behind every thing is the Court of the Patriarchs which is said to have been named by a Methodist missionary. It is 9” x 12,” drawn with pencil and white chalk and completed recently. If you are interested in buying this or any other of my work email me at MatthewMorrison76@gmail.com to order.

Cuyahoga-Flaming water

The whistle of Fairy darts and the moan of the highland moors sing that I am Clan Morrison. Wire d-rings and wood frames declares me am artist. I am from Houston which is said to have “environmental problems, but the Cuyahoga burned. Originally Northeast Ohio was sacred to the native peoples. At one time, the area was The Ohio Erie canal and the glory. In 1974, the park was organized. The park is unique in that the park is the unity of federal land Cleveland nature reservations and private and public land. I collect arrow heads it.

Cuyahoga has a special mythology. Behind everything is The Inn at Brandywine Falls which was built in 1848. You can see the falls from it. In front of that is  the Baptist Meeting House was built in Streetsboro, Ohio in 1852  which was moved to the park in 1970. Every thing on on the beaver marsh. The locomotive is for the Cuyahoga Scenic Railroad which started operation in1880 and became part of the park 1989. The glass flower is from the glassblowing at the Hale Farm and village which was give the Western Reserve as a museum in 1956 upon the death of the the great-grand daughter of the original owner Jonathan Hale and resides in the park.It is 9” x 12,” drawn with pencil and white chalk and completed recently. If you are interested in buying this or any other of my work email me at MatthewMorrison76@gmail.com to order.

Death Valley -Dry

The tell tale eye of the selkie and the arrow that hit Dubh a' Ghiubhais breath to the wind that I am can Morrison. There have said to be natives in the Death Valley for the past 10,000 but no large community. The name supposed ly came from a migrant who saith “Good by, Death Valley.” it officially became a national park in 1994. I like archery.

Death Valley National Park has a special mythos including a serial killer and chupacabra. Be hide every thing is Golden Canyon. The bee hive hut is one the Wildrose Charcoal Kilns which were completed in 1877 for George Hearst for Modoc Consolidated Mining Company.  The Fountain is for the Oasis o the Desert  which was opened in 1927. Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park

The civilation that was eaten by the beach and the black cat or “Cait Sith” that thought witchcraft sucks a man's soul out by sleeping on his Chest sing that I am the Highlander Clan Morrison. The small sketch books that define great piece and the snow which create negative space announce that I am an artist. I was born in Texas and in many ways Texas is commonly compared to Montana with big sky and conservative ideas and also I one had a youth pastor from Alberta, Canada.  The first international friendship part between the US and Canada was Waterton-Glacier International Peace Park found as one entity but separate administration in 1932. Originally the park was the Blackfoot traditional hunting ground but their have been human activities in the park for more then 10,000 year.( It is said that the Sioux hid in the park during the Indian Wars because the US Cavalry) The Canadian Waterton Lakes National Park was founded in 1895 and the American Glacier national park was founded in 1910 to protect the natural beauty from the mistaken idea that there was gold in the area. Ironically, do to climate change the park only has a few glaciers. I have a black cat who likes to sleep on my chest.

Waterton-Glacier International peace park has a special mythos. Everything is infront of or on Many Glacier Valley and Swiftcurrent Lake. The boat is Chief Two Gun  named for the chief that sold the park to the federal government which ferry passengers over Grinnel Lake.  The sign is for Logan Pas which is closed during the winter. The bus is the the famous Red Buses which are 1930's vintage but were refurbished by Ford. It is 9” x 12,” drawn with pencil and Charcoal and completed recently.

This picture is called “ Snow Artist” and is pastel 9” x 11.” I look similar to this while going out on snowy days. I have found that ink  pen do not work well when the temperatures are in the low 20 degrees Fahrenheit. When it snows, the snow smeres the ink and the pastel which means the media must be cleaned regularly . The one great difference between me and the piece is I am right handed. The park was declared a l’UNESCO world heritage site in 1984.There where long horns down from road the subdivision I grew up in.

Yosemite has a special mythos. Be-hide everything is Yosemite Fall which is 2,425 ft. and is made up of tree fall. The hole in the cliff on the far left side is Wawona Tunnel which opened 1933. The path from the tunnel and take the focus is the O'Shaughnessy Dam which was created because of 1906 San Fransico Earthquake and was finish in 1923. The flake on the dam is the Texas Flake which hangs of El Captain. The pile of rocks is for the Happy Isles Hatchery and Exhibition Pool which was established in 1927. The sea children for whom the fisherman lusted and bone with which the Woman of Peace rented the kettle sing to the sea that I am Clan Morrison. The daily sketch book and the passage of the depression to find creativity swear that I am an artist. I was born in the ~state of Acadia. (region from Houston,Tx to Moble, AL) The first East Coast national park was Acadia National park and is unique as with private individuals donated the land to make the park but have official boundaries until 1986. The area was first discovered by Samuel de Champlain who named it L'Isle des Monts Désert. I make a big pot of ice tea every Friday.

The waterfall is the Man-o-War Falls so named because the supposed pirates in the area.  The sign post is  from  Penobscot Mountain which is unique for its pink granite.
